There are so many different kinds
of beads featured in this necklace. White heart, carnelian, cobalt,
skunk, African glass...All of them treated with my many wire bead
variations. This necklace was inspired by a Rendelli tribeswoman
I encountered during my stay in East Africa in 1972. I have never
forgotten her strength, dignity and beauty. I made this necklace
for her. Eight inches top to bottom, with a one of a kind clasp.
