How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders will be shipped within one week via UPS.

 

 

 

May I return items?

Upon receipt of a piece of jewelry that we have shipped you, you have a 48-hour approval period. If the jewelry does not meet your expectations, notify us within that time.

Items must be returned in original cond
ition for refund within 7 days of receiving them.

Please call Lynne at 858.755.1638 BEFORE returning items.

Customer will be responsible for shipping and insurance.

Lynne will not be responsible for articles lost or damaged in the mail! Insure your package!

There will be a 5% restocking fee charged.

 

 

Can you repair damaged pieces?

Assuming reasonable treatment and wear, items may be returned for repair within six months of purchase at no charge.

Can I order a custom made piece?

Lynne is not taking any custom orders at this time.

 

 

 

Will you resize rings?

The ring size is proportional to the gem and the design, thus each ring is one of a kind.
Therefore, I do not change the sizes of my rings. They are as marked, usually size 6 to size 9.

 

 

 

Is Lynne teaching anywhere?

Lynne is currently taking a break from teaching.
